Access to information is a right guaranteed in the Constitution of Kenya.
Access to information is a right guaranteed in the Constitution of Kenya. Internet access, too, is a human rights according to the United Nations. We have been advocating for provision of internet access in our region as an enabler of service provision. We have also been advocating for government and county government agencies as well as other players in our area to provide accessible technologies that will ensure persons with disabilities especially in pastoralist regions get digital services. It, therefore, means their ability to access information from government platforms e.g websites, E – Citizen, information in easy to read formats, among others.
